Red Bench Designs
All pieces are one of a kind and created upon receipt of your order. Please allow 2 weeks for the shipping of your custom jewelry. Do keep in mind, each creation is hand stamped and slight variations and imperfections make your piece unique.

Gift Wrap
Each item arrives in an organza bag with a silver polishing pad – ready for gift giving.

Shipping/Handling
Orders are shipped using the USPS at a flat rate of $6.00 per package. Express shipping is available for an extra charge. Please contact me for more information on rush orders.

Returns/Exchanges
If you’re unhappy for any reason, let me know, and we’ll make arrangements to exchange your jewelry. I want you to love your new piece! Returns can be sent Red Bench Designs, attn returns, 1055 Canterwood Drive  Moscow, Idaho,  83843.

Sterling Silver
All pendants, chains, bracelets and findings are sterling silver (.925) – I think you will be impressed by the size and weight of the pendants I use. They are thick, high polish and beautiful.

Jewelry Care
Silver will naturally tarnish, however the silver polishing pad enclosed with each item, will help to keep your piece shiny and tarnish free. Additional polishing pads are available to purchase. Just drop me an email.

Availability
From time to time items will go on backorder. I will let you know if this occurs.

Holiday Orders
Around the holidays, orders may occasionally take a bit longer. Please watch for ordering deadlines before Christmas and Mother’s Day.
